Josh has spent the last six years obsessing about iteration speed of developers at Spotify– first, on a team building out Hadoop infrastructure, then introducing real-time processing to Spotify. Most recently, he’s been building out teams and tools focused on improving the ability of Machine Learners at Spotify to put out great recommendations and a better experience for Spotify users. He lives with his wife and cats in Brooklyn, New York
