Konrad has been carrying out data related projects for 8 years. He managed and personally built data warehouses, Business Intelligence solutions, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence for companies from the FMCG, retail and many other industries. Since last 3 years, he has focused on projects for banking and the financial industry. From 2019 in the role of Senior Chapter Lead he is building a team of RiskHub – the unit with 200 people dealing with risk modelling for ING units in the world. He changes the approach to the way of work in the risk management, implementing modern methods of Machine Learning and data processing. From the human and organizational side he deploys Agile methodology. Speaker at many professional and substantive conferences in the field of data, Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence.
