PhD Kornel Skałkowski graduated from AGH University of Science and Technology in 2010. In 2015 he finished his PhD Thesis at the same university. The thesis subject was related to application of stream clustering and RL methods in self-adaptation of distributed systems. In his professional career, Kornel Skałkowski worked for companies such as SAP, IG or Novomatic. The projects, that he participated in, include modelling consumer behaviours, prediction of games of chance results, or adaptation of the Apache Spark platform. Currently, Kornel Skałkowski is working as a project manager in Consonance Solutions, where he manages a project concerning prediction of relapses in alcoholism. His interests include AI, data science, Big Data and Cloud Computing. In free time, he likes hiking, cycling and reading books.
