He works as a consultant providing search-driven and data-driven solutions (enterprise search, e-commerce, public, search analytics). Tomasz helps organizations to store, manage and find information. He also works as an advisor building search strategies and managing findability investments. On a daily basis he focuses on information retrieval, enterprise search and information architecture. Regarding the technology, Tomasz works mostly with open source software such as Lucene, Solr, Elasticsearch. He also works as a trainer and conducts workshops focused on software (Apache Solr and Elasticsearch) and on business side of search projects (e.g. how to improve users’ search experiences in organizations).
