Vera moved from Romania to the Netherlands in order to further her studies. She graduated in 2,5 years with a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Eindhoven University and in 2016 obtained a cum laude master’s degree in (Theoretical) Computer Science from Inuversity of Amsterdam and VU University. Since then she has been a trainee at ING, where she found her place in the Advanced Analytics team as a data engineer. Her drive is to find elegant and simple solutions for complex problems. Vera always includes a bit of hiking in her vacations and has completed the Camino de Santiago on foot starting in Lisbon (600+ km)
